Yaa Amoako-Adu is the visionary CEO of Integrity Logistics and Consult Ltd and Abave Inspection Gh. Ltd, previously, Apave Ghana Inspection Ltd, two industry-leading firms driving innovation and excellence in Ghana’s oil, gas, and logistics sectors. As seasoned executive and leader, she is renowned for her bold leadership, strategic foresight, and passion for empowering others. Starting her career in 2008 as an Administrative Assistant with Global Energy Ventures, Yaa rose rapidly through the ranks of the oil and gas industry. Her journey included key leadership roles at Apave Ghana Limited, culminating in the full acquisition of Apave Ghana Inspection Ltd (now Abave Inspection GH Ltd), making her the sole Ghanaian female owner of a multinational third-party inspection company in the sector.

Leadership Excellence

Under her leadership, Abave Inspection Gh. Ltd delivers critical services such as Non-Destructive Testing (NDT), lifting inspections, OCTG inspection, rigging operations, and specialized offshore training courses, serving industry giants like Tullow Oil, MODEC, Schlumberger, Technip, FMC Technologies, Halliburton, and Ghana Gas.

Education & Advocacy

She is a certified executive from Harvard Business School and beyond business, she is deeply committed to empowering women and youth. Through her nonprofit, Virtuous Board Room, Yaa has launched impactful initiatives supporting teenage mothers, incarcerated women, and students, reinforcing her belief that “we rise by lifting others.”
